My Finished Short Film

I chose to do a short film as it could easily be shown on local television or be put on social networking sites like Facebook and it could also be put on YouTube. This would bring my campaign to a wider audience as more and more people are using technology and people would share it and sent it to their friends, resulting in more people seeing it and thus getting more attention for my campaign.

I mainly used my own photography and film for this but unfortunately had to use a few images off of the Internet as I was unable to film them myself. If I were to make this film again, I would definitely alter it so all of it was my own photography and film.

I used music in my film to set a mood as I had slower, more classical music playing when showing the state of the field to emphasize the seriousness of the issue and to draw sympathy from the audience and I had more upbeat, modern-sounding music when it showed what the field could look like and when I showed my campaign details i.e. logo and website to make it seem more positive to the audience.

This is the second draft of my film as in the first one the font was smaller, less bond and the film was slightly longer but after my feedback from the second presentation I changed the font and its animation to make it easier to read.
